Reminder: The presentations (either oral or poster) can be done in French or in English, but because of the presence of native English speakers, we ask you to write your slides (or posters) in English.
For presenters (regular talks): talks are scheduled in 20-minute time slots. We strongly encourage presentations of 12 minutes (no more than 15 minutes) to allow 5-8 minutes for questions + speaker change.
For keynote speakers: keynotes are scheduled in 30-minute time-slots; your talk should not exceed 25 minutes.
We kindly ask speakers (regular talks and keynotes) to either send their presentation before the conference ( or bring a USB stick to load their presentation during the morning registration/welcome time. To avoid compatibility problems, PDF files will be preferred.
For presenters (posters): posters will be displayed in the hall of the Marine Station. Poster sessions are scheduled during the midday break on Tuesday, June 6; you are encouraged to be available to present your poster during these dedicated sessions. We do not have any requirement for the size of your poster (but be reasonable! e.g. use A0 size).
